-สมัครเรียนหลักสูตรเต็มเวลาของภาคเรียนแรก February 2018 หรือภาคเรียนที่สอง July 2018.
-มีความสามารถทางภาษาอังกฤษตามที่มหาวิทยาลัยกำหนด
-มีคุณสมบัติเข้าศึกษาตามหลักสูตรภายใต้ทุนนี้
          เดทไลน์ในการสมัครขอทุน 10 ธันวาคม 2017 สำหรับภาคเรียนแรก และ 23 พฤษภาคม 2018 สำหรับภาคเรียนที่สอง .
