นักศึกษาทุนออสซี่มาไทย

เร็ว ๆ นี้สถานทูตออสเตรเลียได้ต้อนรับนักศึกษาชาวออสเตรเลียที่ได้รับทุน New Colombo Plan (NCP) จากคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัย Curtin และ วิทยาลัยธุรกิจบัณฑิตของมหาวิทยาลัย Southern Queensland ซึ่งมาแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ที่ประเทศไทยเป็นเวลาสองสัปดาห์
            นักศึกษาทุน NCP พร้อมกับนักศึกษาและอาจาร์ยจากมหาวิทลัยเกษตรศาสตร์และมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดลได้พบปะและพูดคุยกับนักการทูตและเจ้าหน้าที่จากสถานทูตออสเตรเลีย ซึ่งมีคุณเจน ราแคนคอจ์ รักษาการแทนอัครราชทูตออสเตรเลีย คุณไมเคิล เฮลเลแมน ทูตพาณิชย์อาวุโส และคุณซูซาน พาสมอร์ เลขานุการเอก ฝ่ายการเมืองและเศรษฐกิจ
          นักเรียนได้พูดคุยและถามคำถามเกี่ยวกับความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างออสเตรเลียและไทยที่มีมาอย่างยาวนาน ทั้งในด้านการค้าการลงทุน การทหาร การศึกษา และงานต่าง ๆ ที่ออสเตรเลียและไทยทำร่วมกันในภูมิภาคนี้
          โปรแกรมมาไทยในครั้งนี้จัดแยกกันระหว่าง มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ และ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล

The Australian Embassy recently welcomed students from Curtin University’s Faculty of Science & Engineering and the University of Southern Queensland - Australia’s Business School during their 2-week visits to Thailand under the New Colombo Plan (NCP) Mobility Program.
Together with Thai students and professors from Kasetsart University and Mahidol University, the NCP students met Australian diplomats and staff including Acting Deputy Head of Mission Jane Racancoj, Senior Trade & Investment Commissioner Michael Helleman and First Secretary, Political and Economic Section, Suzanne Passmore.
They discussed Thailand and Australia’s longstanding and deep connections, including trade, investment, defence and education, as well as Australia and Thailand in the region.
The visit programmes in Thailand were separately arranged by Kasetsart University and Mahidol University as the two host universities.
