In its initial phase, the Sylff programme demonstrated its commitment to education through awarding fellowships to promising graduate students in the social sciences and humanities. Nearly 69 universities and consortia worldwide have received endowments of US $1 million (INSEAD included). In its second phase the Sylff programme is now building a worldwide community of young leaders.
