All non-native English speakers must meet the minimum English language requirements of their proposed programme of study. Applicants must have an offer from Royal Holloway before applying for the scholarship. -Decisions of the Panel are final and no correspondence will be entered into with any candidate regarding the decision of the Panel Scholarship Open for International Students: International?Students can apply for this scholarship. Scholarship Description: 6?scholarships?of ?5,000 each for international students?from any country in the world,?with the exception of?students who are eligible for a Santander International Excellence Scholarship. These scholarships are paid as a tuition fee discount and are therefore not available to applicants who are in receipt of full scholarships.
