Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture and Science เปิดให้ทุนแก่ผู้สนใจจากชาติต่าง ๆ นอกเหนือจากสหภาพยุโรปเพื่อไปเรียนระดับปริญญาตรีและโทที่ University of Twenteโดยมีรวมกว่า 40 โปรแกรม ผู้ผ่านการพิจารณาจะได้รับทุนมูลค่า € 5,000ในปีแรกของการศึกษา
            University of Twente (UT) มหาวิทยาลัยวิจัยชั้นนำของประเทศเนเธอร์แลนด์ สถาปนาขึ้นในปีค.ศ.1961 โดยเป็นที่รู้จักกันว่าเป็นมหาวิทยาลัยที่มีชื่อเสียงเรื่องการสร้างสรรค์ผู้ประกอบการทางความรู้และวิชาชีพ มีเปิดการเรียนการสอนทั้งระดับปริญญาตรีและปริญญาโท โดยล่าสุดได้ประกาศให้ทุน Holland funding for Non-EU/EEA Students at the University of Twente in the Netherlands โดยมีเดทไลน์รับสมัคร

           คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร
-มาจาก non-EU/EEA country และสมัครเรียนโปรแกรมที่ University of Twenteประจำภาคการศึกษา 2020-2021 entry requirements และได้รับการตอบรับเข้าศึกษาในโปรแกรมที่เปิดรับสมัคร(จากนั้นจึงสมัครขอทุน apply)
-ไม่เคยศึกษาระดับปริญญาในฮอลแลนด์มาก่อน
-มีผลการศึกษาที่ผ่านมาอยู่ในระดับดี ตัวอย่างเช่นCGPA of 7.5 (out of 10)
-มีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนในการขอวีซ่าเรียนในฮอลแลนด์ obtaining an entry visa 
- Academic IELTS 6.5 (or TOEFL iBT of 90) for the general English language test requirement and an additional 6.0 (TOEFL iBT 20) on the subscore of speaking skills
