ทุนUTS หรือ University Twente Scholarshipกำลังเปิดรับสมัครทั้งนักศึกษายุโรปและอยู่นอกยุโรป เป็นทุน Master Degree Programme จำนวน 50 ทุน มูลค่าระหว่าง € 3,000 – € 25,000ในระยะเวลา 1 ปีหากเป็นกรณีเรียน 2 ปี ก็จะได้เท่ากับปีแรก เปิดรับสมัครถึง 1 พฤษภาคม 2019
University of Twente (Dutch: Universiteit Twente) เป็นมหาวิทยาลัยชั้นนำของรัฐตั้งอยู่ที่ Enschede, Netherlands เน้นการวิจัย และเปิดสอนปริญญาในหลักสูตรทางด้าน social and behavioral sciences and in engineering มหาวิทยาลัยมีความร่วมมือใกล้ชิดกับเพื่อนมหาวิทยาลัย คือ Delft University of Technology และ Eindhoven University of Technology จนได้รับฉายารวมว่า 3TU นอกจากนี้ยังเป็นหุ้นส่วนกับ European Consortium of Innovative Universities (ECIU)
ในแต่ละปีจะมีทุน University Twente Scholarship (UTS) for International Students in Netherlands, ล่าสุดเป็นทุนประจำปี 2019
