ทุนการศึกษาวิจัยของมหาวิทยาลัยวิคตอเรียโปรแกรมใหม่ออกมาแล้ว พร้อมให้บริการสำหรับนักศึกษาในประเทศและต่างประเทศ ทุนครอบคลุมค่าเล่าเรียนตลอดระยะเวลาของโปรแกรม สำหรับต่างประเทศเปิดรับถึง 1ตุลาคม 2018
             มหาวิทยาลัยวิกตอเรียเป็นมหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐออสเตรเลียที่ตั้งอยู่ในเมลเบิร์น รัฐวิคตอเรีย เป็นสถาบันการศึกษา dual-sector tertiary institution โดยเปิดสอนหลักสูตรทั้งด้าน higher education and Technical and Further Education
           วัตถุประสงค์ของ RTPSS International และVictoria University International Postgraduate Research Scholarships (VUIPRS) เพื่อสนับสนุนการวิจัยที่มีคุณภาพสูงโดยการช่วยเหลือผู้เรียนที่มีคุณวุฒิทางการศึกษาชั้นเยี่ยมที่ต้องการเข้าร่วมโครงการวิจัยระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาในออสเตรเลีย
