รัฐบาลออสเตรเลีย เสนอให้ทุนชื่อ 2014 Prime Minister’s Australia Asia Incoming Postgraduate Awardsแก่นักศึกษานานาชาติเป็นเวลา 4 ปี ในการทำPhD ในสาขาใดสาขาหนึ่งในประเทศออสเตรเลีย โดยคัดจาก 20 คน ของผู้ที่ได้ทุน Endeavour Postgraduate Awardที่ประกาศไปก่อนหน้านี้ หมดเขตรับสมัคร 30 มิ.ย.2013
2014 Prime Minister’s Australia Asia Incoming Postgraduate Awards are offered by the Australian Government for international students for a maximum of four (4) years to undertake a postgraduate qualification at PhD level in any field of study in Australia. The top twenty (20) recipients of the Endeavour Postgraduate Award (PhD only), from India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Republic of Korea (South Korea), Singapore, The People’s Republic of China (including Hong Kong, and Macau SAR’s), Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam will be offered the Prime Minister’s Australia Asia Award and its additional benefits. Application should be submitted till Sunday 30 June 2013.
Study Subject(s): Scholarships are provided for any field of study offered by the Australian universities.
Course Level: This scholarship is available for pursuing PhD level at the Australian universities in Australia.

Eligibility:- Applicants must be citizens and/or permanent residents of a participating country and must not hold dual citizenship with Australia.
-Award Holders must commence their Award after 1 January, 2014 and no later than 30 November 2014. Applicants who have already commenced or will commence their program at their host organization prior to 2014 are ineligible. - Applicants who currently hold or who have completed an Australia Award after 1 January 2012 are not eligible to apply. Applicants are not eligible to apply in a category in which they have already completed an Endeavour Scholarship or Fellowship.
- Applicants must have completed an undergraduate degree (minimum) at the time of application, demonstrating high academic achievement.
- Applicants must have applied for and gained admission to a Masters or PhD course in Australia for commencement in 2014.
Scholarship Open for International Students: The Citizens and/or Permanent Residents of India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Republic of Korea (South Korea), Singapore, The People’s Republic of China (including Hong Kong, and Macau SAR’s), Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam are eligible for this Award.
Scholarship Description: The Prime Minister’s Australia Asia Incoming postgraduate Award provides financial support for international students for a maximum of four (4) years to undertake a postgraduate qualification at PhD level. All eligible international applicants for the Endeavour Postgraduate Award from the countries and regions listed above will automatically be considered for this Award. Applicants do not have to acknowledge that they want to be considered for a Prime Minister’s Australia Asia Award. International applicants should not contact their Australian host university regarding the Prime Minister’s Australia Asia Incoming Postgraduate Awards. The eligibility requirements and application process are the same as for the Endeavour Postgraduate Award.
Number of award(s): Twenty scholarships are offered.
Duration of award(s): The Prime Minister’s Australia Asia Incoming postgraduate Award provides financial support for a maximum of four (4) years to undertake a postgraduate qualification at PhD level. Award holders will also have the opportunity to undertake an optional internship in Australia for up to 12 months (minimum of 2 months) at the completion of their study program.
What does it cover?  Total Value for Prime Minister’s Australia Asia Scholarship is of Up to $263,500.
 Selection criteria: A record of high-level academic achievement in the applicant’s chosen field of study, (30%);- A well-defined study and/or research program, (20%);
-A proposal that is relevant to the needs and interests of Australia and the applicant’s home country, (15%);
-The applicant’s potential to foster ongoing collaboration and cooperation with Australia and potential to participate at a high level in the academic or wider community in their home country on return from their program, (20%), and
-Evidence of service to the community. Unpaid service within the applicants’ field of expertise, or unpaid community service in outside capacities, (15%).
