Chinese Government Scholarships at Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, China กำลังเปิดรับผู้สมัครต่างชาติที่มีผลการเรียนโดดเด่น มาเรียนระดับปริญญาโทหรือเอกในสาขาที่เปิดสอนที่มหาวิทยาลัย ประจำปี 2022-2023 โดยทุนครอบคลุมทั้งค่าเรียน ที่พัก ค่าครองชีพ และประกันสุขภาพ เปิดรับใบสมัครถึง 15 เมษายน 2022
           Southwestern University of Finance and Economics ก่อตั้งขึ้นในปี 1925 เป็นมหาวิทยาลัยระดับชาติในเมืองเฉิงตู มณฑลเสฉวน ประเทศจีน มหาวิทยาลัยอยู่ภายใต้การบริหารโดยตรงของกระทรวงศึกษาธิการและมีชื่อเสียงในด้านคณะบริหารธุรกิจในประเทศจีน เป็นมหาวิทยาลัย Double First-Class ของรัฐจีนที่ระบุโดยกระทรวงศึกษาธิการของจีนว่าเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของความพยายามระดับชาติในการสร้างมหาวิทยาลัยระดับโลก
           ที่นี่เปิดสอนหลักสูตรปริญญาเอก 57 หลักสูตร ปริญญาโท 108 หลักสูตร และปริญญาตรี 33 หลักสูตรใน 27 departments และ schools มีศูนย์วิจัยและสถาบันวิจัยที่มีชื่อเสียงระดับประเทศเจ็ดแห่ง เช่น Chinese Finance Research Institute และ Research Institute of Economics and Management
          คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร
-เปิดรับผู้สมัครจากทุกเชื้อชาติที่สมัครหลักสูตรปริญญาโทหรือปริญญาเอกในสาขาวิชาใดก็ได้
-ต้องไม่ใช่พลเมืองจีนและมีหนังสือเดินทางที่ถูกต้องตามกฎหมายของจีน เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดที่กำหนดโดยthe Document No. 12 (2020) of the Ministry of Education of The PRC และระเบียบข้อบังคับอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง นอกจากนี้ต้องมีสุขภาพที่ดีและมีผลการเรียนที่ผ่านมาที่ดี
-ผู้สมัครต้องปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายและข้อบังคับของรัฐบาลจีนและรัฐบาลท้องถิ่นตลอดจนระเบียบข้อบังคับของ SHUFE
-ระดับปริญญาตรี (สมัครหลักสูตรปริญญาโท) หรือสูงกว่าปริญญาตรี (สมัครหลักสูตรปริญญาเอก) ที่จะสำเร็จการศึกษาในปีปัจจุบันจะต้องได้รับวุฒิที่เป็นที่ยอมรับในระดับประเทศก่อนที่จะลงทะเบียนในปีที่เข้าเรียน
        ผู้สนใจทุนนี้ ต้องเริ่มต้นด้วยการเข้าไปลงทะเบียนเรียน degree programme ก่อน หากผ่านเรียบร้อยแล้ว จึงค่อยเข้าไปสมัคร Chinese Government Scholarship System(http://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/#/register
         หลักฐานประกอบใบสมัคร มีดังนี้

Passport photo was taken within six months.
Notarized highest educational degree or diploma certificate
Complete highest educational transcript
Recommendation letters- Applicants for master’s and doctoral programs shall submit two recommendation letters signed by professors, associate professors, or people with relevant academic titles in related academic fields.
Study Plan or Research Proposal; It should be a minimum of 800 words for masters and doctoral program applicants.
Valid language certificate
The first page of the applicant’s passport
Physical Examination Record for Foreigner
Non-Criminal Record
Language Requirement: Applicants whose native language is English, or can provide proof of studying in a 2-year or above degree program in which the teaching language is English, do not need to provide a language certificate.
Applicants whose native language is not English must provide a score report of an English language test (IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL 95 and above) or pass the test organized by the College of International Education, SWUFE.
